Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We understand that sometimes things come up and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of your deposit for the service booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and considered a late cancellation. By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
