Refund Policy

At Aura Studio Artist, we value your time and investment in our services. To ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we have established the following policy:

 

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 24hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

• A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Refunds

• All service sales are final. Because our services are time- and product-based, we do not offer refunds once a service has been performed.

• If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so we can discuss options for touch-ups or adjustments.

Training Refunds (if applicable)

• Deposits for training courses are non-refundable.

• Balance payments may be transferred to a future training date if rescheduled at least 14 days in advance.

​

No-Shows

• Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full to book future services.
