Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Aura Studio Artist. By booking a service or training with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making an appointment.

Appointments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

  • Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

  • No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments.

Refunds

  • All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your results, please notify us within 72 hours so we can discuss possible adjustments or touch-ups.

Results Disclaimer

  • Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and other factors.

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but we will always provide the highest standard of professional care.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect the results of your treatment.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, or medications that may affect their service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if it is unsafe or not recommended based on your health history.

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should consult with a physician before booking services.

Training Courses

  • Training deposits are non-refundable.

  • Balance payments are due before the course start date.

  • Students must attend the full training; missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Certificates of completion will only be issued once training requirements are met.

Liability

  • Aura Studio Artist and its staff are not responsible for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or dissatisfaction resulting from services or products.

  • By booking, you acknowledge and accept all potential risks associated with the services.

Policy Updates

  • Aura Studio Artist reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
